This is the first card in a series that I made using the DCWV stacks "Silky Smooth" and "Jewel". The cards measure 5 inches x 7 inches (folded). They will fit an A6 envelope.
This card is made from the "Jewel" stack. The sentiment, background paper, and design are cut from the stack.
The ribbon is scrunched up on a strip of double sided tape.
The cards are made from this "Jewel" stack.
The background paper and flower borders were cut from a patterned paper from the "Jewel" stack. A sentiment and ribbon has been added.
The flower strip is from the "Jewel" stack. The red background paper is from "The Silky Smooth" stack. The yellow border is from a Martha Stewart border punch. Pink fiber was added for interest.
Close up view of details.
The printed paper is from the 'Jewel' stack. The green paper is from the "Silky Smooth" stack. A dark pink ribbon has been woven through holes punched in the top border. Clear leaf embellishments were added. The large scalloped border punch is by eksuccess. The letters are a Cuttlebug Alpha die set. The 'stitching' is made by using a Sharpie marker.
Inside card
The printed paper is from the 'Jewel' stack. The green and white paper are from the "Silky Smooth" stack. The bird is a Fiskars punch. A stamped sentiment and ribbon were added.

"Lace Door" was used on the yellow paper. A sentiment was stamped on lavender Velum, then backed with white 'Silky Smooth' cardstock. The butterfly is a Spellbinders die.
