Phase 2
Adding the flowers to the "Cascading Card"

"Cascading Birthday Card" Information
The Spring 2013 issue of CardMaker Magazine arrived in the mail last
week. The Cascading Card on the front cover is so beautiful that I decided to
create the card using my stash of supplies, paper punches, Spellbinders dies,
Sizzix dies and the
Cuttlebug.
"Cascading Birthday Card" is designed by Debbie Seyer for Spellbinders Paper Arts. The detailed instructions and helpful photos of the Cascading Card are on pages 16-17, 93.

Phase 2--Adding Flowers to the Cascade Card!
Flower is created using 2 Martha Stewart paper punches. The two pieces are adhered together with foam tape to add dimension. The center is created by using "Smooch".
Flower is created by punching two flowers from the Fiskars paper punch. The two pieces are adhered together with foam tape to add dimension. The center is created by using "Smooch".
The flower is created by using paper that is embossed with Cuttlebug folder "D'Vine Swirl" that has been inked. Two large flower paper punches and one small flower paper punch are adhered together. The top flower layer is adhered with foam tape to add dimension. The center is created by using "Smooch".
Flower is created by punching two flowers. The flowers are adhered together using foam tape to add dimension. The center is a button threaded with twine and tied into a bow.
The leaves are from a Sizzix die "Branches with Leaves". This is one of my favorite dies!!
The branch can be used as it is, or cut into several smaller branches. For this card, I cut the branch into many smaller branches. The branches are adhered to the card with liquid glue.
The swirls and flourishes are by Sizzix "Flourishes #9, #10, #11"
The swirls and flourishes are adhered to the card with liquid glue.
The flowers were placed on the cascade first. Leaves were added. Then the Flourishes to fill in empty spaces.
